Electrically Actuated Net Release
D.B.I.'s electrically actuated net release system was designed to provide professional trappers with a virtually silent means of releasing drop nets over various animals (deer, turkey, sheep, etc.) for relocation. Blasting caps are not required, therefore noise and safety issues are reduced thus making this system an excellent choice for use in neighborhoods, small municipalities and other populated areas.
Designed to release a 60' x 60' net, each net release "trigger" (1 on each corner and 1 in the middle) is activated by switch closure or with a remote control unit having a range of 100 yards.
Constructed from stainless, each trigger uses a custom built solenoid to provide dependable release of loads up to 200 lbs.
Reconnection of the net is easy and can be accomplished by 1 person allowing several releases during optimum periods.
Our customers include well-known trappers in North America and Mexico. We have also supplied several communities in central Texas with this equipment allowing them to quietly trap and relocate deer.
